Who we are
BrokerBriefs is a financial product distributor run by Tanish Broker in Mumbai (AMFI ARN-361747, APMI APRN09233). For the details you share with this site, BrokerBriefs decides why and how they are used. You can reach us at tanish.broker@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +91 99202 38423.
What we collect
- What you type into our forms. The Investment Policy Framework form asks for your name, email, phone, age, risk appetite, capital band and main objective. The capital raise form asks for company and contact details.
- What you send us on WhatsApp or by email.
- Basic technical data your browser sends whenever it loads any website, such as your IP address and device type. Our hosting provider, Netlify, keeps these in its server logs.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and to prepare the framework or proposal you asked for.
- To help you invest or raise capital, if you choose to go ahead. That includes KYC and the forms the product requires.
- To keep the records that a registered distributor must keep.
We use your details only for these purposes. We do not sell them, and we do not use them for third-party advertising.
How the forms work
Our forms are sent through a service called FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which emails each submission to us. If it cannot deliver, the page offers WhatsApp and email so you can send the same details directly. You can always skip the form and message us instead.
Who else sees it
- FormSubmit, while it passes your form to us.
- The platforms and institutions involved if you decide to invest, such as AssetPlus or the product provider. They handle your details under their own privacy policies.
- Regulators or authorities, where the law requires it.
Other services this site uses
- WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn and AssetPlus links open those services. Their policies apply from that point.
- Analytics. We do not run analytics on this site today. If we switch on a privacy-light tool, we will update this page first.
Cookies and browser storage
We do not set cookies. Your browser stores two small things for us: your choice to turn page motion on or off, and a temporary flag that helps page transitions run. Neither identifies you.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it for the reason you shared it, and for as long as regulations require a distributor to keep records. After that we delete it.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or complete it, ask us to erase it, and withdraw your consent. Where a law requires us to keep a record, we will tell you what we must keep and why. You can also nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.
To use any of these, write to tanish.broker@gmail.com. If we have not resolved a complaint about your data, you can approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and its date.
