What happens when you reach out

Four steps, one accountable desk.

01

02

We place it and handle the documentation, start to finish.

04
Ongoing review

We revisit as markets move and your circumstances change.

The Framework

A policy, before a position.

An Investment Policy Framework - the discipline family offices run on, set down in writing for the desk's clients.

The Investment Policy Framework

An Investment Policy Statement sets your objectives, horizon, risk tolerance and liquidity needs in writing, then maps them to a deliberate allocation across the instruments on this desk. It is the document institutions and family offices are managed by - and the one most private investors are never handed.

The desk builds yours, and reviews it as circumstances change. What others bill for, the desk includes.

No fee · Part of the relationship
  • iObjectives & horizon - what the capital is for, and by when.
  • iiRisk & liquidity - what you can hold through, and what must stay reachable.
  • iiiA target allocation - a deliberate mix across suitable instruments, on record.
  • ivA standing review - revisited as markets and life move.

Begin your framework

The rest - your timeline and what you already hold - we map together on the call.

Educational and informational only. The framework maps suitability across products distributed by this desk. It is not personalised investment advice; BrokerBriefs is a distributor, not a SEBI-registered investment adviser.

Questions

The basics, answered.

What does BrokerBriefs actually do?

We help you invest across mutual funds, market linked debentures, fixed income, PMS, and private and global markets - and we help companies raise capital and list. One desk, both sides of the market.

What is the minimum to start?

Mutual funds can begin with a small monthly SIP. Other products vary - PMS, for instance, is ₹50 lakh and above by regulation. Tell us your situation and we will point you to what fits.

How do you get paid?

On most products, through a trail commission paid by the product manufacturer - disclosed, and built into the product rather than charged to you separately. Capital-raise work is arranged directly with companies.

Regular or direct plans - which do I get?

Regular plans, which is how a distributor is compensated to advise and service you over time. If you want guidance and one accountable point of contact, that is the trade-off; if you prefer to do everything yourself, direct plans exist.

Is my money safe? Who holds it?

Your investments sit with the AMC, the exchange, or a custodian - never with BrokerBriefs. We facilitate and service; we never hold your money.

Can NRIs invest?

Yes - through NRE and NRO routes, and via GIFT City structures for global exposure. The desk handles the paperwork.

What is this "MLD" you keep mentioning?

A Market Linked Debenture - a bond whose return is tied to a market index instead of a fixed rate. It is the least-understood product we offer, so we wrote a plain-English brief on it. Read the MLD brief →

How do I start?

Message the desk on WhatsApp or book a call. We talk first, then map what fits - no pressure to commit.
